Cogstone Resource Management Inc. (dba Cogstone) is a small woman-owned cultural resources consulting firm specializing in paleontology, archaeology, and history.  Cogstone provides quality environmental services to assist clients in meeting project compliance requirements for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Paleontological Resources Preservation Act (PRPA), Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NRHP) and other federal, state or local regulations. Since 2001, Cogstone has served both public and private-sector clients throughout the Pacific Region. We are a certified WBE, SBE, DBE, UDBE, WOSB, SDB and 8(a) firm.
